Job Description Develop sales and marketing strategies and establish sales targets in alignment with the company's policies and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the sales performance of the team to ensure achievement of assigned sales targets. Lead, manage, and develop the sales team, including product specialists and service engineers. Analyze market data, competitors, and industry trends to improve and optimize sales strategies. Resolve operational issues related to customers, products, and internal coordination. Monitor and control customer payments to ensure compliance with agreed payment terms and deadlines. Coordinate with relevant departments, including Accounting, Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, and Service teams, to ensure smooth business operations. Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers in industrial manufacturing plants, hospitals, and other target industries. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, guidance, support, and continuous development opportunities. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Job Specification General Qualifications Open to all genders. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Valid driver's license is preferred. Able to travel domestically and internationally on an occasional basis. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in sales team management within industrial businesses or project sales environments. Proven experience in sales planning and sales management. Experience serving customers in pharmaceutical manufacturing and food processing industries will be an advantage. Knowledge and Skills Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning skills. Solid knowledge of sales team management. Experience and knowledge in selling products to industrial manufacturing customers, particularly in pharmaceutical and food industries. Coaching, mentoring, and training skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
