Role Purpose: Working in a dynamic team, you will support inventory forecasting and planning through effective, data driven inventory management that enable our O+O (Offline + Online) growth. Your role is key in maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while maximizing operational efficiency. You will also collaborate with different stakeholders such as suppliers, buying team and distribution team to ensure effective inventory management in our company. A typical day in this Role: Ensure on-shelf availability and optimal stock week coverage by monitoring inventory levels and adjusting replenishment strategies accordingly. Implement measures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, optimizing inventory levels to meet demand fluctuations. Collaborate with store teams to address on-shelf availability issues promptly and effectively. Conduct regular assessments of stock week coverage to maintain inventory at optimal levels for different product categories. Monitor product performance and sales trends to forecast demand accurately and adjust stock levels as needed. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address supply chain challenges and ensure seamless operations. Continuously improve inventory management processes to enhance on-shelf availability and customer satisfaction. This job a good fit for You if: You are an Evaluator – You analyze information and ideas both from within and outside the team and study your feasibility in terms of the team’s objectives. You are a Connector – You forge deep relationships beyond networking or teamwork. You will find ways to avoid confrontation by employing skillful collaboration. Success will depend on: Degree holder or above in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics or related discipline. 1 - 2 years relevant experience in logistics operations and supply chain, from Retail / FMCG are highly preferred. Proficiency in Excel, particularly in lookup and Pivot tables. Familiarity with ERP and POS is an advantage. Good command of English & Chinese with strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Ability to excel in high-pressure and complex environments.
