Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Pharmacy & Procurement team to achieve operational and business objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers or other industry partners. Oversee procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, pricing negotiations, and supplier performance management. Ensure timely availability of pharmaceutical products, medications, supplements, and medical consumables. Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize stock shortages, overstock, and product expiry. Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical teams on medication planning, purchasing, and utilization. Analyze sales trends and product performance to maximize revenue and profitability. Identify new products, strategic partnerships, and business opportunities to support company growth. Establish procurement policies and inventory control procedures to improve operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Prepare budgets, forecasts, reports, and management recommendations. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a related discipline. Registered Pharmacist with a valid Practising Certificate in Hong Kong. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with proven leadership responsibilities. Strong experience in pharmaceutical procurement, inventory management, and supplier/vendor management. Established relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors are highly preferred. Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales analysis and business development. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficient in English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
