We are seeking passionate IT Sales Executives / Account Managers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates are self-motivated, service-minded, target-oriented, and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver IT solutions for enterprise customers across various industries. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business opportunities with enterprise customers across industries such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, Energy, and other commercial sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at enterprise accounts. Understand customer business challenges and propose suitable IT solutions and services to support digital transformation initiatives. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, customer meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, to deal closing. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations tailored to customer requirements. Coordinate with internal teams including presales, engineering, delivery, and marketing to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle and post-sales support. Keep up to date with industry trends, enterprise technologies, cloud solutions, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT services. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. Junior Level: Minimum 1+ year of experience in IT Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or related roles. Senior Level (Account Manager): Minimum 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, preferably in System Integration (SI), Infrastructure, Cloud, Software Solutions, or IT Services. Experience working with enterprise or B2B customers is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Service-minded, proactive, and target-driven personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills in both Thai and English, including written and verbal communication.
