SITE SUPERVISOR Responsibilities Manage site works to deliver projects on time and in quality manner. Coordinate with client, consultants and landlord before and during execution of site works. Manage and monitor sub-contractors/ direct labours for work execution. Coordinate with sub-contractors/ suppliers/ factories for materials and furniture delivery. Keep good records of site works such as site photos, workers’ attendance, site activities logbook. Manage good house-keeping at site. Perform duties of Safety Supervisor. Requirements: Experienced in interior fit-out/ A&A projects. Knowledgeable in sequence of work and installation/ interface details Capacity of Safety Supervisor. Capacity of T1 is a merit. Has passion in interior fit-out projects. PROJECT COORDINATOR Responsibilities: Being a member of the team to handle all tasks of preparing tender submission and project execution. General coordination with parties involved during project execution. Prepare and record of documentations between parties. Material sourcing, compliance checking and procurement. Sub-letting and contract administration. Prepare shop drawings and O&M manual. Requirements: Experienced in interior fit-out/ A&A projects. Knowledgeable in sequence of work and installation/ interface details Proficiency in AutoCAD. Has basic knowledge of contract. Has passion in interior fit-out projects.
