MarTech Exploration: Continuously explore and integrate new market opportunities and cutting-edge advertising technologies (AdTech/MarTech) with a heavy focus on AI applications. Strategic Proposal Development: Develop data-driven search marketing pitching proposals and strategic growth frameworks. Content Oversight & Creation: Oversee and execute copywriting, editing, and content creation for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, blogs), leveraging AI tools to optimize production efficiency. Ad-Hoc Projects: Support special projects and dynamic business initiatives as required. Requirements : AI & Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with AI content creation, prompt engineering, or productivity automation tools (e.g., LLMs, image generation, or workflow automation tools), with a passion for driving tech adoption. Experience: 5–10 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or tech-driven marketing operations. Industry Knowledge: Experience or strong knowledge in the retail banking / fintech industry is highly preferred. Core Marketing Skills: Solid understanding of online marketing ecosystems, social media management, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce platforms. Education: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, can work independently but also embrace a collaborative team player mindset, and the resilience to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Languages: Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern digital collaboration tools.
