User Acquisition Collaboration: Work closely with the UA Marketing team on campaign planning and in-market spend efficiency (CPI, ROAS, LTV), adjusting acquisition strategy based on product performance. Business Development Support: Support Business Development in sourcing and progressing partnership discussions relevant to owned products, as needed. Market Insight & Localization: Track Thai market trends, competitor activity, and player feedback to shape localized product, content, and marketing recommendations. Reporting & Analysis: Track and report key product and commercial metrics (DAU/MAU, ARPU, retention, revenue), providing clear updates and recommendations to the Country Manager and regional stakeholders. Partner Communication: Support communication with regional and international game publishers and developers, including Korean and Chinese partners, on product performance, localization needs, and event alignment. Qualifications & Requirements Professional Background: 1+ year of experience in product management, game operations, digital marketing, or a related role within games, apps, or other tech-driven industries. Understanding of User Acquisition Marketing fundamentals (CPI, ROAS, LTV, acquisition channels) is an advantage. Core Competencies: Commercial Mindset: Comfortable working with P&L, KPIs, and performance data to drive decisions. Analytical & Logical Thinking: Strong quantitative reasoning and a structured, evidence-based approach to problem-solving. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Able to act as a bridge between Regional teams (Project, Product, Marketing, UA, Tech) and local Thailand teams (Marketing, Customer Support, Community Management), keeping both sides aligned. People Management: Comfortable assigning work, giving feedback, and developing a direct report to grow into the role. Ownership & Initiative: Self-driven and comfortable operating with minimal supervision in a fast-moving environment. Tools: Familiarity with project or product management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira) and basic analytics or dashboard tools is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates from quantitative or logic-driven fields (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics) are preferred, though not required.
