Role Purpose Playpark is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to own local marketing strategy and execution for our regional game portfolio in the Thailand market. Direction and brand guidelines will largely come from the Regional Marketing team; your job is to turn that direction into a sharp, locally-relevant plan and execute it end to end. This role goes beyond User Acquisition. We are looking for someone genuinely creative, who can build brand strategy and campaigns that make a real impact in Thailand, not just run performance channels. You will work closely with the Regional Product Manager (Thailand) to keep marketing aligned with product and live ops priorities. Key Responsibilities Local Marketing Strategy & Planning: Translate direction and brand guidelines from the Regional Marketing team into a concrete Thailand marketing plan across brand, content, campaigns, and events. Brand & Creative Leadership: Build and grow game brands in the Thailand market, going beyond paid acquisition to lead brand strategy, storytelling, and creative direction across owned and earned channels. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute local marketing campaigns end to end, creative concept, timeline, budget, and channel mix, for regional titles in Thailand. Event & Partnership Marketing: Plan and execute offline and online marketing events, brand partnerships, and KOL or influencer collaborations to build visibility and community engagement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Regional Product Manager (Thailand) to align marketing plans with live ops and content calendars, and coordinate with UA, Community, and Customer Support teams on player-facing initiatives. Regional Alignment: Work closely with the Regional Marketing team to keep local execution consistent with regional brand guidelines and campaign calendars, while adapting for Thai market nuances. Market & Competitor Insight: Track Thai market trends, competitor marketing moves, and player or consumer sentiment to continuously sharpen local marketing strategy. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track brand and campaign KPIs (awareness, engagement, campaign ROI) and report results and recommendations to the Regional Marketing team and Thailand CM. Vendor & Agency Management: Manage creative agencies, KOL or influencer partners, and media vendors supporting local campaigns. Qualifications & Requirements Professional Background: Experience in marketing, brand, or campaign management, ideally within games, mobile apps, or consumer digital products. A track record of brand or creative campaigns, not only performance or UA marketing, is important for this role. Core Competencies Creative & Strategic Thinking: Able to develop distinctive brand ideas and marketing strategies that go beyond performance marketing, with a clear point of view on building brand impact. Local Market Sensibility: Strong read on Thai pop culture, platforms, media, and consumer or player behavior. Execution Ownership: Able to take regional direction and turn it into a concrete, locally-executed plan without heavy hand-holding. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with Product, UA, Community, and Regional Marketing stakeholders toward shared goals. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. Communication: Business-level English is required for regional coordination. Korean or Chinese language ability is a plus.

In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
