Urgent Hiring: Recruiter (Malaysia Market – IT & Manufacturing)

Job Overview We are urgently recruiting a target-driven Recruitment Consultant to cover the Malaysia local market . The role takes charge of both IT industry and manufacturing headhunting business . IT openings include: Software Developer, IT Operation & Maintenance, SAP Consultant. Manufacturing relevant mid & senior roles are also within your daily recruitment scope. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end headhunting for IT (Developer, O&M, SAP Consultant) and manufacturing positions in Malaysia. Source, screen, interview arrange, negotiate offer and follow up on candidate onboarding. Strictly deliver monthly KPI: at least 2 confirmed joinings per month . Build and maintain local IT & manufacturing talent pipeline, update recruitment progress regularly. Keep professional, diligent and positive working attitude, self-motivated to hit KPI steadily. Requirements 2–3 years solid headhunting experience in manufacturing industry ; familiarity with Malaysia IT market is a strong plus. Result-oriented, able to work under pressure and fulfill monthly placement KPI consistently. Responsible, reliable, with decent work attitude and strong execution capability. Good English communication skills to engage with local Malaysian candidates and clients. Immediate availability or short notice joining is highly preferred .
