JOB SUMMARY: The Labor Relations Officer provides operational and documentation support to the Labor Relations Manager in managing employee discipline, grievance handling, labor relations matters, policy compliance, employment documentation, and labor standards monitoring. The role ensures that company actions are properly documented, procedurally sound, aligned with applicable labor requirements, and coordinated with the appropriate internal stakeholders. JOB ROLES: · Administer labor relations documentation, including notices to explain, notices of administrative hearing, minutes, incident summaries, witness statements, evidence inventories, notices of decision, and case closure records. · Support workplace investigations by gathering facts, organizing evidence, preparing interview guides, documenting meetings, and escalating risk issues to the Labor Relations Manager. · Monitor compliance with labor standards, company rules, employment documentation requirements, wage and timekeeping practices, leave administration, disciplinary procedures, and related internal controls. · Prepare draft policies, memoranda, advisories, employee communications, compliance checklists, and management reports for review and approval. · Coordinate with HR, operations, payroll, safety, security, and department heads on discipline implementation, compliance remediation, records gathering, and policy rollout. · Assist in the preparation of documents for DOLE, NLRC, SENA, labor inspections, mediation, conferences, and other regulatory or administrative proceedings. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Law units or paralegal training are an advantage. At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in labor relations, employee relations, HR compliance, legal support, or labor standards administration. Experience preparing notices, minutes, disciplinary case files, compliance reports, policy drafts, and labor agency coordination materials. Experience in a multi-site, unionized, manufacturing, healthcare, retail, logistics, or regulated environment is preferred where applicable. Must be willing to work on-site in Sucat, Parañaque City
