About the role KAEFER Engineering (Thailand) Limited is seeking an experienced HR Recruitment professional to join our team in Rayong on a full-time basis. As an HR Recruitment specialist, you will play a strategic role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support the company's growth and operational excellence. This position is essential to building a high-performing workforce that aligns with our organisational values and business objectives. What you'll be doing Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans to meet the company's staffing requirements across all departments and levels Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and internal networks Conduct initial interviews and preliminary assessments of candidates to evaluate their suitability for open positions Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and organisational fit Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through candidate onboarding Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and candidate databases Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and other talent acquisition initiatives Provide recruitment updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies Support the development and maintenance of recruitment templates, processes, and documentation What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of professional recruitment experience in a corporate or industrial environment Proven track record of successfully filling positions across multiple departments and levels Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and HR compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office applications Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Experience in technical or engineering recruitment is highly desirable Fluency in English and Thai is essential Knowledge of the Rayong industrial area and local labour market is advantageous What we offer KAEFER Engineering (Thailand) Limited is committed to providing a supportive and engaging work environment for all employees.
