Job Summary: Senior system analysts are responsible for solution design, software design, application maintenance, enhancement and system architecture design to meet business, security and system requirements. The senior system analyst will analyze system requirements, identify risks, conduct impact assessments, identify key areas requiring modification, put those modifications into practice, make them better, and deal with any relevant issues. They should also be capable of understanding both the old and new system software, accountable in carrying out their duties, and teamwork. Job responsibilities: Create high-level solution diagrams and design features, APIs, and solutions. Develops a solution by evaluating potential process improvements and design as common reusable modules or micro services Provide technical specifications for all technical aspects, including architecture, database schema, and microservices, based on an analysis of the business requirements. Coordinate & discuss the design solution with the relevant teams, including the product owner, business analyst, developer, QA, vendor and legacy system teams. Incorporate high-level requirement sessions in effort estimation and high-level impact assessments. Support production incidents together with developer and operation team. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or related field. At least 10 years of experience working with information technologies and system analysis (Experience in Banking, Internet/Mobile Banking implementation is preferred) Strong problem-solving, and analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with business and technical teams. Has experience in Back-End Development and cloud solution is preferred Good communication skills and written in both Thai and English. Team working and quality of working mindset with positive attitude. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
