Job Responsibilities: Responsible for system analysis, application design and development of application systems; Responsible to provide technical support and guidance to off-shore developers; Provide production system maintenance support including troubleshooting and bug fixing; Perform system monitoring, configuration and customization; Responsible for system rollout, deployment and operation support for IT systems; Conduct SIT, UAT, system and software testing and tuning support; Onsite support is needed by user request Requirement: At least 5 years of IT experience in which min 3 years in the capacity of System Analyst; At least 3 years of IT experience in web application development and maintenance using .NET framework At least 1 year of IT experience in AI application system implementation IT experience in analysing and interpreting user requirements and producing the respective deliverables; Programming experience in JavaScript, .NET C# and Python Good command in written English and fluent in spoken Cantonese and English.
