Job Description Design, develop, test, and maintain software systems and AI-powered applications based on client requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Build and manage system infrastructure, including data pipelines, storage, and computational environments, and AI model integration frameworks. Conduct comprehensive testing (functional, performance, and security) to ensure system reliability. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions. Document processes, workflows, and system architecture for knowledge sharing. Stay updated on advancements in programming, system development, Generative AI, AI agents, and large language model (LLM) technologies.. Propose and implement improvements for system efficiency and performance. Ensure compliance with security standards, data privacy laws, and industry regulations. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, software technology, or a related field (professional qualifications are a plus). Proficient in software development, particularly in web-based solutions, database implementation, and AI application development and deploymen. Minimum 3 years of IT experience in a related function (e.g., analyst programmer, system programmer/support, web designer, web developer, or web master) within the past 10 years. Strong knowledge of SQL databases; familiarity with NoSQL or other database types is an advantage. Proficiency in coding languages and common frameworks, e.g. Python and JavaScript etc.
