Job Summary The HR and Admin Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership across Human Resources and Administration functions to support the organization’s business objectives and operational excellence. The role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, employee and labor relations, organizational development, HR governance, and compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulatory requirements. In addition, the position manages corporate administration, occupational health and security management, HR systems and analytics, ESG reporting, investor due diligence, and audit readiness. The HR and Admin Manager serves as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, driving people strategies, process improvements, employee engagement, and a high-performance culture while ensuring confidentiality, compliance, and continuous organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Leads workforce planning and talent acquisition through manpower planning, recruitment, employer branding, talent pooling, and onboarding. Oversees compensation and benefits including payroll, salary administration, job evaluation, rewards, statutory benefits, and policy implementation. Leads Performance Management by driving goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, analytics, and employee development. Develops Learning and Development programs through training needs analysis, annual learning plans, leadership development, and competency-based training. Leads employee and labor relations by managing engagement, grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and labor law compliance. Manages HR systems and analytics by maintaining HRIS, employee records, process improvements, and HR reporting. Oversees corporate administration by managing company vehicle and fleet administration, business permits and licenses, corporate registrations, insurance coordination, and regulatory compliance. Oversees Occupational Health and Security Management by ensuring the effective implementation of occupational health programs, company clinic operations, security services, emergency preparedness, workplace safety initiatives, and compliance with applicable health, safety, and security regulations. Leads organizational development and HR governance through policy management, organizational design, job evaluation, change initiatives, regulatory compliance, and government relations. Prepares ESG reports by consolidating and validating sustainability data, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and regulatory requirements. Manages HR compliance for investor due diligence and audits by maintaining HR documentation, supporting audit requirements, and ensuring investment readiness. Provides strategic HR and Administration leadership by developing the HR and Administration team, driving continuous improvement, ensuring confidentiality and compliance, and performing other duties assigned by Management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or any related field. Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management (MM), or a related discipline is an advantage but not required. Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in the food and beverage manufacturing industry, with at least 8–10 years in a managerial or leadership role. Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience across key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Employee and Labor Relations, Organizational Development, HR Compliance, and HR Governance. Experience working with multicultural teams and collaborating with stakeholders from different nationalities in a multinational or regional business environment. Working knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting, sustainability initiatives, and investor due diligence is an advantage. Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and HR best practices.\ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence and partner with senior leadership. Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office applications, and HR analytics/reporting.
