Responsibilities: Design and maintain the control methodology for data reconciliation, including review frequency, anomaly thresholds, and sampling approach, to ensure a structured, risk-based approach to control activities. Oversee reconciliation of data transactions across all core company systems (e.g., WMS, PMS, ERP), ensuring data consistency and accuracy across platforms. Oversee the periodic reconciliation of system inventory records against physical stock counts on a scheduled basis, and conduct variance analysis to ensure ongoing inventory accuracy. Lead and support QA/UAT training initiatives for stakeholders involved in new system implementations, strengthening testing rigor and reducing post-launch anomalies. Monitor and validate the performance of newly implemented systems and processes to confirm they operate in accordance with defined requirements and expectations. Lead root cause analysis for complex or high-impact anomalies identified through control activities — identifying the true underlying cause, liaising with relevant stakeholders to implement immediate corrective actions, and summarizing findings for submission to the Process Improvement team to drive long-term resolution. Manage and develop the System Support team, ensuring the team can effectively respond to user-reported system issues and analyze the underlying root cause to enable appropriate resolution. Coach, assign, and quality-review the work of the Operations Control Officer to ensure consistency and accuracy of control activities. Prepare and present periodic reports summarizing control findings, anomaly trends, and resolution status to management. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations control, internal audit, business process management, or data reconciliation, ideally within retail, FMCG, logistics, or supply chain operations. • Proven experience working with ERP and/or WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent platforms), including reconciling data across multiple systems. • Demonstrated experience in root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies. • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel and SQL. • Prior experience managing or coaching a team, including both individual contributors and cross-functional support functions (e.g., technical/system support teams). • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive resolution across multiple departments.
