Employment Type 6-month contract (Renewable based on performance) Location Park Silom Tower, Bangkok Work from Office (WFO) Working Hours Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Benefits Social Security (SSO) Group Insurance Paid Sick Leave Annual Vacation Leave Phone Allowance Campaign & Community, Creator (E-commerce) - Thailand Campaign management Campaign design and optimization Design creator campaign to drive content quality and efficiency (focusing on livestreaming content) in accorddance with dynamic business needs Monitor campaign performance and formulate strategic recommendations to optimize performance further Campaign collaboration Work with cross-functional teams for brand campaigns and category campaigns Community management Acquire potential creator into EL creator community for effective communication and collaboration Derive insights, formulate strategic recommendations to nurture and grow creators through educational programs or matchmaking programs Provide effective communication through artworks and messages within managed creator community Special projects Drive business results through content quality improvement Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above English proficiency and Thai language proficiency (both spoken & written). Chinese fluency is a plus Preferred qualifications: Experienced in E-commerce/ marketing/ Campaign operations Comfortable with data analysis, insight/ recommendation generation Showcase strong foundation in project management and problem solving Passionate in creator economy
