Responsibilities : · Ensure accurate completion of daily fund NAVs calculation. · Review and approve financial transactions related to fund operations, such as settling fund expenses, cash and digital asset transfers. · Develop and maintain fund accounting system. · Review the revenue, expenses, and distributions of funds. · Prepare monthly reports to be submitted to SEC in a timely manner. · Review the monthly performance of the fund and provide updates and recommendations to the management. · Reconcile cash and digital assets of fund on daily. · Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax reporting and regulatory filings. · Ensure that all activities comply with company guidelines, laws and regulations. Qualifications: · At least 3 years of experience in fund accounting role of financial institutions (banks, securities broker or asset management companies) or relevant roles in the financial service industry · Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, business, finance, or related fields · Superior knowledge of industry regulations and operational guidelines, as well as solid knowledge of business functions · Experience or strong interest in the digital asset industry is a plus · High integrity and good teamwork capabilities · Good verbal and written English communication proficiency.
