HR Staff

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Staff with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes and supporting HR initiatives that help build a strong workforce and positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including manpower requests, job postings, applicant screening, interviews, job offers, and onboarding. Coordinate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and meet recruitment timelines. Support employee engagement, training programs, and other HR initiatives that contribute to a healthy workplace culture. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. Experience handling multiple roles and volume hiring is an advantage. Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a strong plus. Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
