Marketing Transformation Lead Drive the transformation of marketing operations for global enterprises. Redesign marketing operating models, build/lead teams across consulting, media, and creative disciplines, and lead delivery systems integration. Role Scope: In this role, you will lead our most significant APAC client engagements, guiding them from fragmented marketing activities toward integrated, AI-powered growth engines with industrialized operations at their core. Your expertise will be critical in establishing durable organizations—whether embedded within agencies, consultancies, or in-house marketing functions—that can sustain themselves and evolve over time. You will be responsible for: Strategic Direction Formulate long-term change agendas that directly support executive-level commercial priorities Shape and align decision-making frameworks alongside C-suit leaders Operating Model Transformation Restore end-to-end marketing processes, embedding generative AI throughout every phase—from intake to performance tuning Deploy centralized command centers that harmonize strategic planning, creative production, and media execution Enable hyper-personalized journey management at massive scale, with industrial-grade efficiency Multidisciplinary Team Management, oversee sizable, geographically dispersed large teams, composed of consultants, media buyers, and creative producers Use data-driven forecasting to distribute work intelligently across external partners Establish internal development programs to cultivate future ready talent and long-term organizational resilience Client Oversight and Commercial Growth Recover struggling programs by restructuring operations from the ground up Leverage transformation achievements to secure extended, multiyear client relationships Supervise responsible deployment of AI technologies throughout client marketing ecosystems Directly contribute to revenue generation and opportunity creation by tying marketing transformation work to quantifiable business results Identify and capture fresh avenues for growth within current accounts and through proactive new-business development Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 12 years in senior roles driving substantial marketing operations, preferably with exposure to both internal corporate teams and external advisory settings, such as: Premier management consultancies, specializing in marketing change programs Major media holding companies Hybrid creative-production centers, including captive marking models Demonstrated achievements in: Transforming marketing or digital operating environments Scaling stable production units that serve mass end customers Fusing consulting expertise, media know-how, and creative output into cohesive delivery Deep proficiency in: Sales generation and commercialization with large-scale holding organizations Campaign technology stacks, including generative content systems and MLOps pipelines Agile team structures, such as squad-based models and centrally steered governance Executive presence suitable for influencing board-level and C-suite decision-makers A verified record of mentoring professionals who have advanced to Director-level positions or above Proven ability to manage high-pressure recovery efforts, with at least two major turnaround projects on your resume
