Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end procurement processes for products, raw materials, packaging, and other company requirements. Source, evaluate, and develop suppliers to ensure the best quality, pricing, delivery, and commercial terms. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor procurement documentation. Track production schedules, shipments, and deliveries to ensure on-time supply. Analyze procurement costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and evaluate supplier performance. Coordinate closely with Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and other internal teams. Resolve procurement-related issues to ensure business continuity. Prepare procurement reports and support management with purchasing analysis. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferred. At least 1–2 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Sourcing. Strong negotiation, analytical, and cost management skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP is an advantage). Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and suppliers. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Able to work independently and under pressure. Experience in Import Procurement, OEM sourcing, or international supplier management will be an advantage. Good command of English or Chinese will be an advantage.
