Site Supervisor (MVAC)

Responsibilities: Carry out site co-ordination and supervision for MVAC installation, testing, inspection and maintenance works Supervise direct labour and subcontractors to ensure works are completed in compliance with project specifications, safety requirements and quality standards Monitor site progress and ensure all works are carried out efficiently and safely Estimate, prepare and control the use of construction materials, equipment and manpower resources Prepare site reports, photo records, work schedules and other relevant project documentation Assist in monitoring project progress, quality control and site safety performance Report to Project Manager and collaborate closely with Project Engineers and the Safety Department Requirements: Minimum 6 years of site supervision experience in construction works or M&E projects, preferably in MVAC systems Holder of Registered Electrical Worker ( REW ) licence is preferred Higher Certificate or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines Hardworking, self-motivated and able to work independently Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Good team player with a proactive and positive attitude Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English We offer an attractive remuneration package, training and good career opportunities to the right candidate.
