Finance & Account Executive

Job Responsibilities: Prepare monthly financial reports, management reports, and reconciliations. Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries. Perform bank, debtor, creditor, and general ledger reconciliations. Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and financial planning. Ensure timely submission of statutory payments and compliance with accounting standards. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities. Maintain proper filing of financial documents and accounting records. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. Support the Finance Manager with daily finance and administrative duties. Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience. Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Responsible, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
