Investments and Wealth Solutions Hang Seng's Investments and Wealth Solutions offers a full spectrum of wealth products and services to our Retail Banking and Wealth (RBW) customers, from high-net-worth to mass segments across channels to capture opportunity under different market scenarios. We play a distributor role to source investment and insurance products from service providers, manage the product due diligence and onboarding, as well as client journey design and implementation. We distribute investment funds managed by top tier fund managers covering different types of funds, across regions and asset classes. A wide range of structured products with underlying linked to equities, FX rates, interest rates, investment funds, etc. are offered for investors to pursue different investment objectives. We also offer fixed income instruments and certificates of deposit to customers who look for regular coupon payment. Besides, we have securities services covering exchange traded equities in local and overseas markets offered through a wide variety of trading channels. Margin trading services covering FX and securities, and investment financing service provides extra liquidity and purchasing power to cater for investment needs from sophisticated investors. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Securities Product Development Manager . Principal Responsibilities Lead and support the development and enhancement of securities trading products and investment services Manage end-to-end product development activities, including opportunity assessment, business case preparation, product governance, implementation and post-launch review Support strategic business initiatives to drive growth and improve competitiveness of the Securities business Conduct market research, competitor analysis and business assessment to identify opportunities for product enhancement Work with business and support functions to deliver strategic initiatives, including digital investment service enhancements and securities platform transformation programmes Prepare management presentations, business proposals and recommendations to support decision-making Coordinate business readiness and implementation activities for major market developments, such as HKEX market infrastructure enhancements and settlement process transformation Support product governance processes including product due diligence, approval, periodic review and control assessments Ensure product initiatives comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements and governance standards Coordinate recurring governance activities including product reviews and pricing-related assessments Prepare governance papers and supporting documentation for relevant committees Requirements University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in securities, investment products, wealth management or financial services. Experience in securities product development, product management, business development or project management. Good understanding of Hong Kong securities market, investment products and regulatory environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese. Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
