Duties and Responsibilities: Handle full set of import/export documents Contact customer to secure and follow up order Services to direct account, forwarder, trading companies and other channels Coordinate with supporting departments and oversea office/agents Perform other duties as assigned by management and Ad hoc tasks and assignments Requirements: F.5 or above Minimum of 3 years experience in freight forwarding industry Self disciplined and good time management Accountable and responsible and willing to work under pressure Strong MS applications, Good command in English and Cantonese/Mandarin Strong interpersonal communication skill Willing to learn and good working attitude.
