Product Design Manager (UX/UI) – Enterprise SaaS / ERP Description The Product Design Manager leads the design team for Invitrace's next-generation enterprise platform (ERP-grade SaaS) that powers all product engines. This role designs complex, data-dense enterprise workflows into clear, efficient, and scalable experiences — balancing deep UX expertise, systems thinking, and hands-on design leadership while ensuring alignment with platform architecture, technical feasibility, and business goals. It requires strong experience designing enterprise / ERP / B2B SaaS products, exceptional UX craft for complex workflows, and leadership in people management and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management • Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Design / UX-UI team. • Foster a culture of creativity, systems thinking, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Set performance goals, conduct regular feedback sessions, and support career growth. Enterprise / ERP-SaaS UX Design • Design complex, data-dense enterprise workflows (roles, permissions, records, dashboards, configuration) into clear, efficient, and scalable UX. • Apply strong UX craft — information architecture, interaction design, usability — to reduce cognitive load in high-complexity ERP/SaaS screens. • Build and evolve the design system as the single source of truth reused across all engines. Design Strategy & Execution • Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Engineering to define the design vision and roadmap. • Ensure design decisions are data-informed through user research, usability testing, and platform analytics. • Oversee wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, ensuring quality and usability standards. Cross-functional Collaboration • Align design direction with platform architecture, business, and product objectives. • Present design strategies and rationale to stakeholders and leadership. • Ensure smooth handoff to engineering and support pixel-perfect, component-driven implementation. Innovation & Best Practices • Keep the team current on enterprise UX patterns, design tools, and emerging technologies. • Champion accessibility, inclusivity, and usability best practices across the platform. Core Skills • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Deep UX expertise for complex, enterprise / ERP / B2B SaaS products — workflows, IA, and interaction design. • Proven ability to build and scale design systems across a multi-product platform. • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision). • Systems thinking — able to design for reuse, configurability, and scale. • Strong presentation and communication skills to engage stakeholders and inspire teams. • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. • Familiarity with accessibility standards and responsive/enterprise design practices. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years in Product Design/UX/UI, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. • Demonstrated experience designing enterprise, ERP, or complex B2B SaaS products (strongly preferred). • Proven portfolio showing UX for complex workflows, interaction design, and design leadership. • Experience building and scaling design systems across digital products/platforms. • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end/component constraints is a plus. • Strong track record of mentoring designers and driving team growth.
