HR Specialist - Recruitment (North & Central Luzon)

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Officer to lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning across assigned business units covering North Luzon to Central Luzon . The role is responsible for ensuring timely hiring, workforce optimization, employee lifecycle administration, and the effective implementation of people processes that support business growth. Key Responsibilities Drive End-to-End Recruitment Execution Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, assessment, background checking, onboarding, and deployment to ensure critical vacancies are filled within target timelines. Develop Strategic Talent Pipelines Proactively build talent pools and implement sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates for frontline, supervisory, and managerial positions across multiple locations. Ensure Workforce Planning and Budget Compliance Monitor manpower headcount, track vacancies, and ensure all hiring activities are aligned with approved manpower budgets and organizational requirements. Support Performance Management Processes Facilitate probationary employee monitoring, employee status reviews, and performance management initiatives to support workforce effectiveness and retention. Deliver People Analytics and HR Administration Maintain accurate employee records and prepare recruitment, headcount, hiring, movement, and vacancy reports that provide actionable insights for business leaders. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience , preferably in a retail, service-oriented, FMCG, or multi-site organization. Experience handling volume hiring and field recruitment is an advantage. Strong stakeholder management, sourcing, and interviewing skills. Willing to travel extensively across North and Central Luzon areas .
