Responsibilities: Support the Head of Products while supervising Product Support team members, including task allocation, oversight of deliverables, and workflow management Lead and coordinate product initiatives across Structured Products, Bonds, and Mutual Funds, including product due diligence and ongoing monitoring, while working closely with Sales, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and external counterparties Act as an investment consultant and product specialist, supporting Sales in client pitches, portfolio reviews, and investment ideas Provide product training, marketing support, and presentations to Sales and relevant departments Prepare termsheets on a per-trade basis Requirements: Degree holder or above Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management, structured products, fixed income, or related front‑office roles SFC licensed (Type 1, 2 & 4) Proven supervisory / people‑management experience Strong product knowledge and client‑facing communication skills Excellent command of English, Chinese, and Mandarin Effectively using AI is preferred We offer good career prospects, competitive remuneration packages to the right candidates.
