Job Overview This role supports the Guest Experience team to create authentic and memorable experiences for our guests that distinguish us from other hotels. Key Responsibilities Welcome to the core of what being a Driver is all about! Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day: Transfer guests to any destinations pre-arranged Adhere to any reasonable request or change to working time or area, within the parameters set out by company standards Maintain the hotel limousine clean and in a good condition Report any parts or car equipment that need to be repaired Ensure all guest belongings are loaded/unloaded from the car and secure the properties for further follow up Requirements Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role: The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves): Holder of valid Hong Kong Driving license (No. 1) with clean driving record A minimum of 5 years’ driving experience in Hong Kong ; and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant capacity, preferably in hotel or other customer service industry Familiar with HK and Kowloon road networks which include all mode of transportation, commercial areas, tourists’ destinations etc. Good command of English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua would be a definite advantage Punctual, polite, honest with a strong sense of responsibility The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves): Flexible and willing to work overtime if required We've kept it short and sweet – just the essentials you'll need.
