Key Responsibilities Go-to-Market & Product Launch Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for TCL TV and Monitor product launches in Thailand. Work closely with HQ Product Team, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Retail, and E-commerce teams to ensure successful product launches. Develop product positioning, value propositions, launch strategies, and execution plans. Monitor launch performance and recommend optimization actions to drive business growth. Product Communication & Content Development Develop product communication strategies and key messaging for TV and Monitor categories. Translate technical features into clear consumer benefits and compelling product stories. Lead the creation and localization of product marketing materials, including presentations, videos, brochures, e-commerce content, POSM, and product comparison tools. Ensure consistency and accuracy of product communication across all channels. Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and emerging display technologies. Identify customer needs and purchase drivers to support product communication and launch strategies. Provide actionable insights to support category growth and business planning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 3 years of experience in Product Marketing, Category Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related roles. Experience in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, IT Products, or Technology industries. Proven experience in product launches and go-to-market strategy execution. Experience working with retail, e-commerce, and channel partners is preferred. Experience in TV, Monitor, Gaming, or Display categories will be a strong advantage.
