Product Data Executive Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Working Hours: European business hours (afternoon/evening schedule in Malaysia) Company: Prestigious Global Organisation The Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious global organisation seeking a Product Data Executive to support its ecommerce operation. This role is ideal for someone with Product Information Management (PIM) experience who enjoys working with data, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and ensuring products are presented correctly online. Working within a fast-paced ecommerce environment, you will be responsible for managing product information, supporting product launches, maintaining online product listings, and ensuring customer-facing data is accurate and up to date. Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage product information within a Product Information Management (PIM) platform Prepare products for online launch, ensuring all information is accurate and customer-ready Review and validate product content, attributes, pricing and categorisation Manage ongoing updates including pricing amendments, product changes and product disabling where required Perform data audits and identify issues before they impact the customer experience Work closely with ecommerce, merchandising, marketing and other business teams Support continuous improvement of product data processes and standards Requirements Essential Previous experience using a Product Information Management (PIM) system Experience working with product data in an ecommerce environment Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Comfortable managing large volumes of data and repetitive operational tasks Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Good Excel skills Preferred Experience with platforms such as Akeneo, Syndigo, Plytix, Sales Layer, InRiver, Salsify, Pimcore, Productsup, Pimberly or similar Experience within ecommerce Understanding of product attributes, SKUs, pricing and product catalogue management What's on Offer Opportunity to join a highly respected international business Exposure to a large-scale ecommerce operation Collaborative and supportive team environment Career development opportunities within a global organisation Additional Information This role requires working European business hours , which will involve afternoon and evening working hours in Malaysia.
