Position Summary We are seeking an experienced ERP Engineer to support, enhance, and optimize our regional ERP platform across Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Taiwan, Thailand, the UK, and the US. This role combines ERP development, business partnering, system support, and integrations, working closely with regional stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Partnership & Regional Support Serve as the primary ERP contact for users across Asia, Europe, and North America. Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend optimal ERP solutions. Provide functional and technical support, troubleshooting, and user guidance. ERP Development & System Enhancement Design, develop, and deploy ERP customizations, including scripts, workflows, custom forms, and reports. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance problems. Support system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance. Integrations & System Management Build and maintain integrations between ERP and external platforms, including 3PL providers, WMS, e-commerce platforms, and REST/SOAP APIs. Perform testing (Unit, UAT, Regression) and support data migration activities. Ensure system performance, data integrity, security, and technical documentation are maintained. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 5+ years of ERP development experience in Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar ERP platforms. Strong programming skills in JavaScript/SuiteScript, XML, C#, ABAP, or other object-oriented languages. Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, 3PL, WMS, or EDI solutions. Good understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and CRM processes. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
