You will focus on... Participate in Agile software development activities including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions. Design, develop, and maintain customer-facing applications and backend services using modern technology stacks. Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews to ensure development quality and best practices. Collaborate with local and offshore teams to deliver enhancements, projects, and production fixes within agreed timelines. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and production incidents independently. Identify system improvement opportunities and recommend solutions that balance technical feasibility and business objectives. Participate in system integration, performance optimization, security enhancement, and application modernization initiatives. Ensure application compliance with security standards and assist in vulnerability remediation and penetration testing findings resolution. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong hands-on experience in: Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, React Native, RESTful API development, SQL and relational databases Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-based application development is an advantage. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Agile development tools. Minimum 3 years of software development experience in commercial or enterprise-scale applications. Experience in leading 2–5 developers and coordinating with offshore development teams is a plus Experience in security vulnerability remediation and penetration test issue resolution is highly preferred. Working experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
