The upcoming Eastern General Hospital (EGH) aims to provide excellent healthcare and promote healing centred around each person. We are seeking a dedicated, meticulous and proactive Senior Associate Executive to provide administrative, secretariat and coordination support for the Operations Department during the hospital set-up phase and beyond. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring smooth departmental operations by coordinating meetings, managing schedules and logistics, preparing meeting documentation and maintaining records. The role also supports project timeline tracking, internal communications, staff onboarding, training and event participation records, departmental information repositories, distribution lists and shared mailboxes. In addition, the incumbent will maintain staff and asset records, support administrative requests and departmental events, and provide day-to-day operational and office administration support. Job requirements Diploma in any discipline with at least 4 years of administrative experience Well versed in IT skills such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint Excellent interpersonal, organizational skills with attention to detail and communication skills A good team player who is able to work independently Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions
