Key Responsibilities : Design and Production : Creating and producing artwork and layouts for various POSM materials, such as wobblers, standees, danglers, shelf talkers, and more. This often involves working with 2D visuals and adapting them for different campaign needs. Print Preparation : Preparing high-quality, print-ready files that are compatible with various printing methods. This includes understanding technical specifications like sizing, bleed, and dielines. Collaboration : Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and production, to ensure designs meet brand guidelines, client expectations, and campaign objectives. Concept Development : Contributing to brainstorming sessions and developing creative concepts for in-store visuals and shopper activation campaigns. Brand Adherence : Ensuring all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and quality standards. Project Management : Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines efficiently. Image Management : Creating and editing images, logos, and other visual elements, as well as retouching photos. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is often required. Software Proficiency : Expertise in industry-standard software, especially Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign). Portfolio : A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and a range of design styles. Technical Knowledge : Understanding of POSM specifications and the ability to prepare files for print. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for visual composition, typography, and color.
