Tax Lead Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze data and support documents for tax estimation and quarterly tax report. Enabling accurate and timely forecasting of Thailand and overseas entities effective tax rate. Assist in preparing and reviewing current and deferred tax provision. Assist the business units in liaising with tax authorities and providing tax audit support for Thailand entities and third parties professionals. Acting as a key partner to business units and functions to support and provide advices to operations in area of taxes, especially local Thai tax and cross border payments from Thailand. Supporting HQ tax function on ad-hoc and routine basis. Researching and understanding tax treaties concluded by TH to leverage on relevant treaty protection/benefits. Assist in planning and implementing tax to bring in tax optimization through informed application of tax laws and regulations covering Thailand entities and cross border transaction. Assist in implementing tax and transfer pricing arrangements in Thailand and overseas. Qualifications At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Big 4 background in tax advisory or related industry experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good command of English Solid knowledge of the Thai Revenue Code, tax rulings, court judgments, and relevant guidance from the Thai Revenue Department Knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance, and preparation of various tax returns Experience in reading and interpreting tax treaties Knowledge of Board of Investment (BOI) tax incentive schemes, and how taxpayers are required to report income from BOI operations Knowledge of transfer pricing concepts and reporting obligations Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in MS Office software Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Company”) are required to collect your criminal record for the purpose of job recruitment or the onboarding process for specific roles or positions.
