We are seeking a creative, and data-driven person to oversee our brand’s social ecosystem. Reporting into the brand and growth marketing team, you will be the guardian of our brand’s voice, the curator of our social storytelling, and the champion of our online customer communities. In the automotive industry, the purchase journey is long, highly emotional, and deeply social. You will not just manage a content calendar; you will own the end-to-end social funnel. You will translate complex vehicle architecture and lifestyle narratives into thumb-stopping social content, optimize organic and paid-boosted media for maximum engagement, and cultivate a highly active community of owners, enthusiasts, and prospective buyers—bridging the gap between initial digital discovery and long-term after-sales loyalty. Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Storytelling & Editorial Ownership Narrative Adaptation: Translate core automotive brand pillars (design, performance, safety, and tech) into highly engaging, native social media narratives across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels). Content Strategy & Creation: Oversee the end-to-end content production lifecycle. Direct creative agencies, internal design teams, and production crews to build high-quality video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts), photography, and interactive formats. Launch & Campaign Integration: Collaborate with the brand team to design social-first extensions for new vehicle rollouts, PR events, and auto shows, turning static launches into viral, conversational moments. Thought Leadership & Executive Profiling: Curate professional, forward-thinking B2B content for LinkedIn to amplify corporate milestones, EV/sustainability initiatives, and executive leadership voices. 2. Community Management & Owner Advocacy (After-Sales Ecosystem) Active Moderation & Dialogue: Cultivate a vibrant, safe, and positive community environment. Actively monitor and engage in real-time commentary, Q&As, and direct messages to turn casual followers into brand advocates. Superfan & Club Cultivation: Identify and nurture relationships with brand super-fans, official owner clubs, and grassroots automotive forums. Create exclusive digital initiatives or digital perks to reward community loyalty. Cross-Functional Feedback Loop: Act as the vital bridge between online communities and internal stakeholders. Route product feedback, technical vehicle questions, and customer service grievances directly to Customer Experience (CX), PR, and Quality Assurance teams to resolve pain points fast. Crisis Mitigation: Monitor social sentiment proactively. Partner with PR and Legal to execute swift, strategic communication protocols during vehicle recalls, PR crises, or sensitive industry developments. 3. Media & Funnel Optimization (Conversion & Performance) Mid-to-Lower Funnel Social Architecture: Design community engagement strategies that actively nudge followers down the funnel—converting social engagement into high-intent website traffic, test-drive bookings, and configuration saves. KOL & Influencer Orchestration: Identify, vet, and manage relationships with influencers, and brand ambassadors. Co-create authentic, narrative-driven content that expands brand reach and builds objective credibility. 4. Social Analytics, Listening, and Market Intelligence Social Listening Data: Leverage modern social listening tools to track brand sentiment, share of voice (SOV), emerging cultural trends, and competitor automotive campaign performance. Data-Driven Iteration: Define, measure, and report on core social KPIs (engagement rates, community growth velocity, sentiment shifts, click-throughs to lead forms). Turn monthly analytical reporting into concrete, actionable creative pivots. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Upper-Funnel: Social Share of Voice (SOV), Organic Reach, Video Completion Rates. Mid-Funnel/Community: Net Sentiment Score (NSS), Community Engagement Velocity, Response Time / Resolution Rates for customer inquiries. Lower-Funnel: Conversion Rate from Social Channels to CRM/Lead Forms (Test Drive Bookings, Vehicle Configurator Completions). Prepare and analyze the reports and presentations for management review. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 6 years of experience in managing both online and offline communications, including in-house agency and digital/social marketing communications Strong professional knowledge and understanding of social media, digital marketing, online and offline marketing, including web analytics and digital/social media performance measurement Creative thinker & strategic structure with strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under deadlines Passion for technology and up-to-date knowledge of digital trends Good command of English, both spoken and written Experience in leading marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels; project lead experience is an advantage

Singapore alone has 5,920 of them. India has 3,543. The US has 2,443. If you're looking at a marketing role, geography matters: check WorkMundi's location filters to see which regions match your visa status and timezone. Don't apply everywhere; apply where you can actually work.

Four employers are posting at scale: SIMPLE RECRUIT (1,205 jobs), ROYAL ORG PTE. LTD. (795), SKILLMATCH RECRUITMENT (435), and jobgether (371). If you see a job from one of these names, you're looking at a company that hires marketing roles repeatedly. That's a signal of stability—and a chance to learn their hiring patterns across multiple openings.

In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.

16,882 of these 27,322 job ads have text written in English. That's the ad itself, not necessarily the language the job requires. Read the job description carefully to confirm what languages the role needs.
