What you’ll do As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of: IPO related services e.g. GAAP conversion, internal control Accounting advisory services e.g. accounting restructuring, GAAP advisory Business transformation services e.g. business improvement, business reorganisation, debt restructuring, going digital. Special purpose reports on various business matters Working within the team involves: Working on the assignment areas Raising and summarising issues to discuss with the clients and team Meeting with team and clients to discuss Prepare reports or presentations and present to relevant stakeholders Training and coaching junior staff What you’ll bring At least two years of work experience in a core accounting or audit/assurance role Solid technical skills, including knowledge of accounting standards Ability to write professionally in English Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Strong presentation skills Good attitude and ability to work under pressure and time restrictions Where you’ll grow You’ll grow through coaching, stretch opportunities, and mentoring that build the skills you want.
