Responsibility: New Customer Development & Acquisition Responsible for developing target customer segments in Hong Kong, including local subcontractors, small-to-medium contractors, and traders, and establishing potential customer profiles through cold calling, online networking, and face-to-face visits. Execute annual/quarterly customer acquisition plans to achieve core business targets such as the number of registered, active, and transacting customers. Collect basic customer information, purchasing habits, product requirements, and pain points to establish and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Existing Customer Maintenance & Deep Operation Responsible for regular follow-up visits with existing customers to understand their user experience, transaction needs, and feedback, thereby maintaining strong client relationships. Track customer transaction progress and assist in resolving common issues during registration, ordering, payment, and fulfillment to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in implementing customer tiering management, focusing on high-value clients to drive repeat purchases and increase transaction volume. Marketing Campaign Collaboration & Execution Support Assist in executing online and offline marketing activities, such as dedicated customer promotions, membership benefits publicity, and promotional campaign push notifications. Responsible for pushing campaign information, preferential policies, and new platform features to target customers, while collecting and promptly reporting customer feedback. Assist in organizing campaign data (e.g., customer participation rate, click-through rate, conversion rate) to support campaign post-mortems and performance reviews. Lead Follow-up & Order Conversion Support Collaborate with the bidding and fulfillment teams to track customer needs and potential business opportunities, providing timely feedback on customer opinions to drive the conversion of intended orders into platform transactions. Assist customers in understanding platform products, pricing, credit term policies, and service processes to enhance customer trust and adoption of the platform. Assist in compiling frequently asked questions (FAQs) to optimize customer service workflows and mitigate customer churn risks. Customer Data & Market Intelligence Collection Responsible for organizing customer transaction data and feedback, regularly generating customer analysis reports to help optimize customer operation strategies. Gather market and competitor intelligence, such as competitors' promotional policies and service offerings, and report market changes in a timely manner. Requirement: 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Major in Marketing, Business Management, Construction Engineering, or related fields are preferred. 2. Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, customer development, or building materials trade sales. Candidates with existing customer resources in the Hong Kong construction industry are preferred. 3. Skills & Competencies: Proven capabilities in customer acquisition, negotiation, and relationship maintenance, with the ability to independently conduct client visits, commercial negotiations, and close deals. Familiar with B2B marketing models, with experience in campaign planning, data analysis, and performance evaluation. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to drive business results across departments. 4. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese, good command of Mandarin and English. 5. Others: Familiar with the Hong Kong construction industry ecosystem and building materials market is highly preferred. Target-oriented, team player, and capable of working under sales/performance pressure.
