Develop detailed project plans, including goals, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment and to meet timeline, budget, and quality targets. Adhere to and enforce organizational processes, methodologies, and best practices. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track. Manage risk by proactively identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies. Implement quality control processes to ensure that project outcomes meet or exceed expectations. Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders effectively. Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus. 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in digital solutions or IT projects. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects. Proficiency in project management software. Proven expertise in leading end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver complex digital technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
