Application Specialist (D365 F&O / X++)

Position: Application Specialist (D365 F&O / X++) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced System Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting ERP solutions while ensuring system stability, scalability, and compliance with best practices. The position also acts as a technical lead, supporting deployment and integration. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize D365 F&O solutions using X++. Design and implement system enhancements following Microsoft best practices (extension-based development). Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues. Develop integrations using OData, REST APIs, and data entities. Manage code deployment using Azure DevOps (CI/CD). Support database refresh, cloning, and environment management (Sandbox / Production). Participate in solution design, impact analysis, and technical documentation. Mentor junior developers and support cross-functional collaboration. Support constraint-based product configuration development (if applicable). Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O development. Strong expertise in X++ development (Forms, Tables, Classes, Reports). Experience with Azure DevOps and release management. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases. Strong debugging, performance tuning, and integration skills. Experience in ERP implementation projects preferred. Microsoft certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
