Location: Wellgrow, Chachoengsao (On-site) Working Hours: Monday-Friday 07.40-16.40 Your main role is to: Execute the materials operation flow & processes including working concept with FMC for the best business results of responsible products. (Sales attainment, Om-time Delivery, Production cost, Handling cost, Shortage cost, Productivity, Etc.) Ensure production planning comply with customer's requirement with regards to volume and schedules. Ensure optimum WIP inventory level through work order control by releasing and closing within the target date. Ensure materials and supplies meet production requirement just in time and just enough in all require aspects. (Inventory, Cost, Space, 5s, etc.) Monthly review F/G inventory, WIP inventory, MPS and production plan of the following month to assure capacity availability. Bi-weekly MPS/Production loading evaluation and coordinate with Production to get the best planning result. Weekly review Sales attainments. Daily review down time, Production input/output, Recover plan with each section PC in order to react the problem at prompt. Daily review on the material shortage list and conduct cross training, information transfer and decide the right direction to assure smooth operation among section and department. Who are we looking for? Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field preferable. New graduated are welcome. Working experience in a related field is an advantage. Good Command in English both spoken and written. Able to communicate in Chinese is an advantage. Top reasons for why join us?
