Job Description: Monitoring and control site progress, including but not limited to project administration, project cost control, contractual/ technical matters and project management; Frequent and effective liaison and communication with main contractors, sub-contractors and government regularly on project progress and performance; To ensure all construction activities comply with contractual and statutory requirements. Job Requirements: Degree in Building Engineering or equivalent; Member of HKIE or other recognized professional bodies highly preferred; 15 years' relevant experience in building construction works, with at least 3 years’ experience working in the capacity of Project Manager, experience in re-development; Able to work independently, mature with good problem-solving skills; Proficient in Mandarin with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
