Officer Booking (Entry Level / Freight Forwarding)

About the role We are seeking Officer Booking to join our team in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. This position focuses on carrier booking management and space allocation to support our freight forwarding activities. You will play a key role in securing carrier space, confirming booking details, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure their cargo is scheduled for shipment on time. What you'll be doing Create Import or Export and updated file as per requirements. Check and updated Goods and Packages as per order. Check allocation and carrier schedule as per customer requirement Check and create Calculation as per requirement. Create and send booking request to carrier. Check, create and update Booking confirmation. Monitor, check, the e-mail from customer or overseas colleagues. Issue the invoice and send out to customer. Submit monthly KPIs to overseas colleagues. Any other tasks assigned by superior. What we're looking for Candidates who are able to work the afternoon shift (1:00 PM – 10:30 PM) or night shift (9:00 PM – 6:30 AM) will be given special consideration. A shift allowance is provided for eligible employees. Bachelor’s Degree in any related field New graduates are welcomed or experienced in Logistics field would be advantage Good command of English Good team player and Operational Skill Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Program Strong interpersonal skill, good coordination, good relation, and service mind Why Join Leschaco?
