Responsibilities 1. Execute transactions covering HK and global equities, bonds, margin IPO projects, placements and other related trading activities; assist with order allocation management. 2. Monitor trading risks and resolve relevant risk matters; respond to clients’ trading enquiries. 3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to handle client requests, compliance filings, deposit/withdrawal, FX conversion, IPO allocation and CTM system optimization. 4. Prepare trade confirmations, archive transaction records. 5. Track market trends and submit regular market reports to the sales team. 6. Conduct UAT of trading systems and complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Requirements 1. Degree holder in finance, economics, business administration and related discipline; 2. Minimum 2 years of Equities / Futures trading experience; 3. Qualify to be registered as Representative of RA 1 and RA 2; 4. Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel; 5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); 6. Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Associate.
