Kitchen Cabinet Project Manager

Chevalier (Building Supplies & Engineering) Limited offers an extensive variety of quality building materials and equipment, including panel water tanks, kitchen cabinets, ceiling systems and waterproofing materials, together with related design and installation services. We have also been the sole agent for the premium brands, like Sekisui tanks and Manhattan kitchen cabinets and appliances for many years. Responsibilities Prepare accurate quotations and tenders for cabinet projects, performing material and labor take-offs including panels, countertops and hardware Assist in reviewing and drafting simple 2D floor plans, cabinet layouts and 3D modeling tasks using 3D structural concepts Manage specifications and cross-check details for common cabinet materials, finishes, and hardware components Coordinate with clients, internal design teams, factories and on-site installers regarding quotation revisions and production details Provide on-site supervision for field verification, site measurements or project inspection Requirements Certificate in Interior Design / Furniture Design / Engineering or related disciplines Proficiency in MS Excel for calculation and data management Proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketchup is highly preferred, knowledge in BIM is a strong advantage Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, numerical sensitivity and a strong willingness to learn Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Fresh graduates with relevant coursework are welcome Benefits Year End Bonus Medical Insurance Education Allowance Paid Annual Leave Paid Sick Leave Paid Marriage Leave & Marriage Gift New Born Baby Gift Scholarship for Employee’s Children Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
