Job Description: Collaborate with retail chains to plan and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives aimed at achieving key business objectives, including sales targets and growth. Develop sales forecasts and plans for promotions, new product launches, and in-store activities, while managing budgets effectively. Negotiate with buyers to secure new product listings, promotional opportunities, in-store visibility, planogram placements, and favorable trading terms. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of sales activities, promotional campaigns, and displays within chain stores to drive continuous improvement. Maintain strong relationships with Key Accounts to align on business goals. Identify and pursue new business and channel opportunities to expand market reach. Undertake ad hoc assignments as needed to support business objectives. Requirements: University graduate in Business, Marketing or equivalent At least 5 years solid experience in FMCG / beauty industry Strong interpersonal, analytical, and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude. Ability to work under pressure and embrace challenges.
