Job Responsibilities Verify the accuracy of payment requests, invoices, purchase tax invoices, value-added tax (VAT), and withholding tax. Record accounts payable entries in the system. Prepare accounts payable summaries for the Finance Department to request payments in accordance with due dates. Coordinate with external parties (suppliers) to confirm monthly payment balances (billing). Prepare monthly accounts payable summary reports and monitor outstanding accounts payable balances. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related with GPA 2.75 or higher Good command in Computer Good command English Skill (TOEIC score 550+ is advantage). Good initiative, analytical and interpersonal skills Have good knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and taxation Able to work under pressure and manage tasks within limited time Have patience, determination, and eagerness to seek knowledge and self-development New graduates are also welcome!
