Job Responsibilities: Understand the customer needs and design sweaters and develop seasonal trends collection. Prepare presentation boards, design sketches, illustration and CADs. Collect information on seasonal trends, colors, raw materials and styling. Create detailed specification and construction details. Provide support on the design and development services to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the quality and budget requirements. Collaborate well with others including other designers, 3D technicians, merchandisers, suppliers and factory technicians. Job Requirements: Have good product and strong yarn knowledge and familiarity of sweater development process Are strong in illustration skills and able to deliver creative and focused visual presentation Have demonstrated creative sense and ability Have good trend awareness and relevance to brand as well as excellent color sense Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of the market and customer needs and obsess to the details Familiar with U.S. market Are proficient in AI, PSD and Adobe illustrator, experience in Apex and CLO3D is an advantage 2-3 years and above of related experience Good command of written and spoken English, preferably fluent in Mandarin/ Cantonese We provide the high caliber with attractive salary, good career prospect and benefits package including 5 day work week, discretionary bonus, education allowance and medical scheme.
