Introduction We are looking for a qualified Officer, Fixed Income to join our team, supporting the execution of regulated activities and ensuring operational excellence. The role works closely with senior management to contribute to business growth. Knowledge of fixed income and wealth management, as well as exposure to AI applications or workflow automation, is an advantage. Job Responsibilities Multi-Product Execution: Execute transactions for fixed income instruments (including government bonds and corporate bonds) and Unit Trusts (UTs) accurately and efficiently in accordance with regulatory requirements. Product Operations & Dividend Management: Handle daily operational workflows for investment products, including fund subscription/redemption, settlement coordination, and monthly fund dividend distribution processes. Client & Product Support: Handle client inquiries regarding available fixed income and Unit Trust (UT) products; provide relevant product updates and suitable investment options/alternatives based on clients' specific requirements and risk profiles. Product Due Diligence (PDD): Assist in Product Due Diligence (PDD) and onboarding processes for both fixed income and UT products, including conducting risk assessments and maintaining updated product documentation (e.g., bond offering circulars, fund prospectuses). Ad-hoc Duties: Support senior management on client portfolio reporting, and other compliance or operational assignments. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Qualifications: Holder of relevant SFC regulated activity licenses (Type 1 is required). Experience: 1–3 years of experience in fixed income dealing, fund operations, or wealth management support. Candidates with less experience but possessing a strong understanding of investment products are also welcome to apply. Technical Skills: Proficient in Bloomberg Terminal and standard MS Office applications (especially MS Excel for data handling, e.g., utilizing formulas for monthly dividend reconciliation or data matching). Languages: Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin). Key Attributes: Meticulous, number-sensitive, and compliance-minded. Proactive team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude. Resilient, adaptable, and composed in a fast-paced environment.
